We cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact us immediately within 6 hours of order transmission. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full. We cannot accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses in USA. In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us immediately or as soon as possible after your order placement. Please provide the order number and reason. Some orders might be printed within hours, in that case regardless of order placement time, if your order is already in printing stages, cancelation cannot be done. Each print is unique to customer, and we cannot offer refunds. If there is an error on our part, please file a claim. If UPS returns your shipment to us because you have moved, you were not home to accept a package after a few attempts, or your address is invalid, etc., and we have to ship it back to you, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. If you have to return the items, you are responsible for the shipping fee to send them back to us. We no longer ship to Alaska and Hawaii. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
