Oops... Did we make a mistake on your order?

Even though no one is perfect, at we try our hardest to make it as perfect as possible. To help you resolve any issues, please read the instructions below, and submit the necessary files on the right. Our claims department will review your request, and you will receive a response usually within 12-48 hours. We certainly do apologize for any inconvenience.

Claims must be filed within 48 hours, beginning at the moment that you receive your order.

It is very important that we get all the requested information to better assist you with your claim. Please include the order number that you are filling a claim for. If your product contains multiple pieces, for example: business cards, flyers, brochures etc., please include at least 10 pieces in your pictures. We ask that you take at least 3 pictures of your product and upload them. These pictures must be clear and the error must appear clearly in the pictures. We recommend that you take the pictures outdoors if possible; indoor light will make the image appear blurry, making it hard to see the problem area. Your picture will need to show the entire product. For example, if the product that you have an error on is a banner, you will lay it flat on the floor or wall, and take a picture showing the entire banner. The problem area might not be fully visible from this angle, and that is okay. The second image is the close-up image. This image will show the problem area close-up. The third image is also a close-up image. The third image can be taken from a different angle, or it may be a closer view of the problem area.

If we verify that an error was made on our part, we will take proper steps to resolve the issue. We might ask you to ship the order back to us, so that our claims department can further investigate the issue. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for ensuring that all spelling and phone numbers are correct before submitting an order. Once you have approved your order/design to be printed, it will print as it was approved without further changes. There is no guarantee that colors will print 100% exactly as they appear on the screen. It is very common in the printing industry to have a minor color shift. That's just the nature of the printing industry. If your order was damaged by UPS while in delivery stages, we are not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments. If your shipment was lost by UPS, you will need to file a claim with UPS.
