How does it work?
When you place an order for your printing needs and see a loyalty discount automatically added to your order at the checkout, your account has been manually reviewed and added to our loyalty program. Alternatively, you might be eligible for a loyalty discount if you are an active sales broker. Both programs are regarded as loyalty and entitle you to special benefits.
The loyalty program begins with our periodic review of our most active accounts. When we observe that a customer has been consistently printing with us over a considerable period and has displayed loyalty through factors such as the number of orders placed, the age of the account, frequency of orders, adherence to our print-ready templates, timely approval of proofs, and overall smooth transactions, we consider it an opportunity to show our gratitude. We assign discount levels to individual accounts based on these considerations and other relevant factors.
Please be aware that applications for our loyalty program are not accepted. Instead, we proactively identify and honor your loyalty as you meet the specified criteria.
Suppose you are a member of our loyalty program. In that case, a loyalty discount will be automatically applied to your order at the final step of the checkout process, specifically on the payment screen. It's our way of ensuring that your loyalty is acknowledged and reflected in the final cost of your printing order.
Are you a reseller or a broker?
You are already in our loyalty program if you are an active reseller or broker.
What is the difference between Broker's Program and the Loyalty Program?
Both programs receive discounts based on several factors, such as the number of orders placed, the age of the account, frequency of orders, adherence to our print-ready templates, timely approval of proofs, and overall smooth transactions. The loyalty program is available to anyone and is subject to management review and approval, and there's no application necessary. The broker program generally offers better wholesale pricing levels, has stricter requirements, is subject to much larger order minimum requirements, and is only available for qualified graphic designers, print brokers, print shops, and freelance artists.
What happens if you don't use your account for a while?
We recognize that your circumstances may change, and you might not require our printing services for an extended period. However, we periodically review all accounts to ensure that our loyalty program remains exclusive to our most active customers. Suppose your account remains inactive for a prolonged period. In that case, you may gradually drop down to a lower discount tier or, eventually, be no longer eligible for the loyalty program.
Why did my Loyalty Level change?
If your orders are canceled, you re-upload designs too frequently after placing an order, or your design files are not provided in high-resolution and print-ready format, these events can negatively impact your loyalty status. Consequently, your loyalty discount level may be automatically lowered or even removed.
