PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEB-SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. CARDSANDBANNERS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

PRINTING, SPELLING & GRAPHICS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all spelling and phone numbers are correct before final proof is sent to print. We will check your files and ensure they have the correct file specifications, and e-mail you a small digital design proof if you requested one, but we will not check your spelling, punctuation, etc., as we will not check your files for these errors. Each computer screen setting is different, and color might appear different on each computer, so there is no guarantee that all colors will turn out 100% exact as they appear on the screen. All orders usually get approved within 4 to 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays. Printing time can take 2-8 business days depending on the quantity, product type, and number or orders waiting to print. Delivery takes 2-6 business days based on your location, and shipping option selected. UPS, no exceptions handle all deliveries. During holidays and holiday seasons, and winter weather, delivery to some areas might take longer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed, and order cannot be cancelled once submitted to print. The customer is entirely responsible for any copyrighted files, logos, artworks, that he/she uploads to print.

PROOFS AND APPROVALS
If you requested a design proof to be emailed to you for approval, you would need to respond with your approval. We will make up to 3 attempts to contact you. If after 7 days we have not received your approval your order will be printed "as is" by default, or cancelled.

ERRORS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If there is a mistake made on our part, please log into your account right away after receiving your shipment, and click on "File a Claim / Report an Error" link.
In the event you desire to cancel an existing order, please notify us by sending an e-mail to info@cardsandbanners.com as soon as possible. Please provide the order number in the subject line, and tell us why you need to cancel it. Some orders might be submitted to production/print within hours. Or have already been set up in a print queue, and are awaiting production, in that case regardless of your order placement time, if your order is already in printing stages (print queue/production), cancellation cannot be made, and your order will be printed/processed as scheduled. Each print is unique to the customer, and we cannot offer refunds.

CANCELING ORDER THAT IS NOT YET SENT TO PRODUCTION
If you have not approved your order it to be sent to production yet, and if your order was not sent to production yet, but you wish to cancel it for a refund, you must request for your order be cancelled within 3 business days by sending an email to info@cardsandbanners.com. All orders older than 3 business days will be subject to 20% cancellation fee. All orders older than 30 days cannot be cancelled for a refund, and can only receive a store credit of up to 80% of your order initial value.

DESIGN TIME
"Design Time" is an actual "labor", it is the time that our graphic designer(s) have already put in to make your artwork. Because time cannot be undone, therefore design time is not refundable.

FILE UPLOAD
If you did not upload a file at the time of placing an order and wish to upload it at a later time, please log into your account and click on "Upload missing file" link.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
We cannot accept a change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of address (missing suite number, transposed street number, etc.), please contact us immediately within 6 hours of order transmission. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full. We cannot accept Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses for delivery. We can only ship to physical street addresses within 48 USA continental states. CARDSandBANNERS.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments. If UPS returns your shipment to us because you have moved, you were not home to accept a package after few attempts, or your address is invalid, etc., and we have to ship it back to you, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. If you do not make a payment to have your order shipped within 10 days, your order will be discarded (shredded/destroyed) and no refund given.

We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. All prices are subject to change without notice; no adjustments will be made.
