LEGAL CLAIM NOTICE
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE. CARDSANDBANNERS.COM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, OR AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.

PRINTING, SPELLING & GRAPHICS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all spelling and phone numbers are correct before the final proof is sent to print. We will check your files, ensure they have the correct file specifications, and email you a small digital design proof if you requested one, but we will not check your spelling, punctuation, etc., as we will not check your files for these errors. Each computer screen setting is different, and colors might appear differently on each computer, so there is no guarantee that all colors will turn out 100% exactly as they appear on the screen. All orders usually get approved within 4 to 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays. Printing time can take 2-8 business days, depending on the quantity, product type, and number of orders waiting to print. Production time is only an estimated time, not a guaranteed time. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends and holidays. Delivery takes 2-6 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping option. UPS and FedEx, with no exceptions, handle all deliveries. Delivery to some areas might take longer during holidays, holiday seasons, and winter weather. Once an order is sent to print, it cannot be canceled, the artwork cannot be modified, and the delivery address cannot be changed.

COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS
The customer is entirely responsible for any copyrighted files, logos, and artworks that they upload to print. We reserve the right to reject, refuse or cancel any orders that violate copyright laws or infringe on trademarks or intellectual property.

PROOFS AND APPROVALS
If you requested a design proof to be emailed to you for approval, you will need to respond with your approval. We will make up to 3 attempts to contact you. If after 7 days we have not received your approval, your order will be printed "as is" by default or canceled.

COLOR PROOFING, MATCHING & PRINTING
All of our products are printed with four-color inks CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). All artwork will be converted to CMYK prior to being sent to production, and if your artwork is not in CMYK color mode, it is most likely that a color shift will occur. RGB color mode is only for computer viewing and not for printing, therefore, once converted to CMYK you will notice a color shift. We are not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by Customers. Digital proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we are not liable for the final appearance of a color. Important: Gang-run printing is the process by which multiple (and different) customer jobs are combined on a large print sheet and run simultaneously. For example, we lay out 65 other customer business cards and postcards on one gang-run sheet and run the sheet 1000 times to get 65 sets of 1000 cards. Each card set is a different card. This process allows us to spread the expensive initial setup cost of running a full-color offset print run among 65 customers. Applying High Gloss UV Coating may affect or change the appearance of printed colors. We are not liable for the final color appearance of High Gloss UV-coated products.

ENVELOPES AND LETTERHEADS PAPER EFFECT DUE TO COLOR
Please note that because our letterhead and envelope paper stock is "uncoated," we do not recommend using colors with high color density. By this, we mean dark (black, purple, blue, brown, etc). Dark colors tend to get soaked into the paper if their color values are too high. For best results, use light colors.

ERRORS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Since each order is unique to the customer and has no re-sale value, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If a mistake is made on our part, please log into your account immediately after receiving your shipment, and click on the "File a Claim / Report an Error" link. If you want to cancel an existing order, please notify us by emailing info@cardsandbanners.com as soon as possible. Please provide the order number in the subject line and explain why you need to cancel it. Some orders might be submitted to production/print within hours or already set up in a print queue and are awaiting production. Regardless of your order placement time, if your order is already in the printing stages (print queue/production), a cancellation cannot be made, and your order will be printed/processed as scheduled. Each print is unique to the customer, and we cannot offer refunds.

CANCELING ORDER THAT IS NOT YET SENT TO PRODUCTION
If you have not approved your order to be sent to production, and if your order was not sent to production yet, but you wish to cancel it for a refund, you must request that your order be canceled within 3 business days by emailing info@cardsandbanners.com. All orders older than 3 business days will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All orders older than 30 days cannot be canceled for a refund, and you can only receive a store credit of up to 80% of your order's initial value.

COUPON FRAUD AND MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS
Creating multiple accounts to abuse coupon codes is a violation and will result in your account being permanently banned, and your order will be canceled. Coupons are only valid for intended purposes, and all other uses are unauthorized.

DESIGN TIME
"Design Time" is actual "labor," as it is the time that our graphic designer(s) have already put in to make your artwork. Because time cannot be undone, design time is not refundable.

FILE UPLOAD
If you did not upload a file when placing an order and wish to upload it later, please log into your account and click on the "Upload missing file" link.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
We cannot accept a change of shipping address requests after processing an order. Should you require the modification of address (missing suite number, transposed street number, etc.), please get in touch with us immediately within 6 hours of order transmission. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses or without prior payment in full. We cannot accept Post Office Box (PO Box) addresses for delivery. We can only ship to physical street addresses within the 50 states. CARDSandBANNERS.com is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments. If UPS returns your shipment to us because you have moved, you were not home to accept a package after a few attempts, or your address is invalid, etc., and we have to ship it back to you, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges. If you do not make a payment to have your order shipped within 10 days, your order will be discarded (shredded/destroyed), and no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order that may potentially violate state or federal laws or that is deemed immoral or unethical at our sole discretion. We are committed to maintaining ethical and legal standards in our business operations.

We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason. All prices are subject to change without notice; no adjustments will be made.
