IMPORTANT! You can re-upload files for an existing order up to 2 times per order at no charge. If you need to re-upload files for a 3rd time or more, there will be a $10 non-refundable re-upload service fee for each additional upload after the 2nd time for that specific order. Please be advised that your turnaround time is reset each time you upload new files, and it begins after you approve your final proof for production. If you have already approved your files to be sent to production, or if your order status shows that your order is in print, then it is too late to re-upload new files for that order.

We highly recommend that you use our blank templates as guides when setting up your design to ensure that your files will be set up correctly.

Do not upload Word document files, publisher files, or any other format that is not accepted. Files other than accepted ones will not upload; you must convert them to one of the accepted formats before uploading.

Accepted File Formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF. (Do not upload Word documents, instead save it as .PDF)

If you have not received a confirmation number and a "thank you" screen at the end of your upload, then you have not completed your transaction. You are halfway there, and your files are just waiting in your shopping cart. You will have to proceed to checkout in order to complete your transaction.

Avoid uploading Word documents or publisher files. Instead, save them as a .PDF file format.

If you try to upload an artwork file that isn't in the approved file format, a red warning message will appear on the top of your shopping cart screen. Only file formats that are accepted will be uploaded with your order.

If you receive a 404 error, your file is too large. The maximum file size for an upload is 75MB (megabytes) per file. If your files exceed this size, consider uploading them in .jpg format. Ensure that your files are the correct size and resolution. If you want to upload a file in a different format, you must flatten all layers and convert the text to outlines.

We'll check file resolution and size but won't review for spelling or punctuation errors. Proofread before uploading.

E-MAIL ME PROOF FOR REVIEW & APPROVAL: We'll review your files and send a design proof by e-mail. Check it carefully and approve it before production. You should receive the proof within a few hours on business days. Look out for it and take the time to review it thoroughly. If you need any corrections, follow the instructions in the e-mail.

NO PROOF, PRINT AS IS: This option saves time if you use our blank templates and your design is the correct size and resolution. If your files do not match our templates, we will use our best judgment and lay out your design on our blank templates "to fit," or if needed, they will be "stretched to fit." A digital proof will not be e-mailed. If there are any issues, we'll e-mail you and place your order on hold
