Our table runners are meticulously printed on high-quality 8.8 oz. Polyester table fabric, delivering impeccable results in full color. Printing Time: Once your table runner design has been approved for print, it usually takes 2-4 business days for your table cover to be printed, cut, and packaged to ship.

Shipping Time: Shipping time is usually 2 to 5 business days. The transit time depends on your location and is not the same as the printing turnaround time. Shipping time begins the moment your order has been printed, packaged, and accepted by the carrier. Additional shipping options such as an upgrade to 2nd Day Air are available at the checkout.

Usage: Indoor.

Care instructions: Machine wash table runners with cold water and a gentle cycle. After washing, lay it flat or hang it to dry. If you notice any wrinkles or creases, use a hand steamer to eliminate them. However, avoid bleaching, tumble drying, or ironing the fabric.

Templates: Download the template, then open it in your design program. Your template will be in the correct size, resolution, and color mode. Use the template as a guide, and when done designing, delete the template layer and save your finished artwork without the template guidelines and instructions.

Do not upload word documents, publisher files, etc., instead save it as .pdf

Resolution: 150 DPI (Dots Per Inch)

Color Mode: CMYK

--- Safe line: All text, images, logos, etc., need to stay inside the blue line. Anything left outside the blue line may be cut off.

--- Cutting line: This is approximately where your print will be cut. Because of possible shifting during the cutting process, borders are not recommended, and as a result, borders may appear uneven.

--- Bleed line: Your background needs to extend to the edge of the black line.

REMINDER!

Please send artwork without blue, pink, and black guidelines.
No crop marks.
Zoom in to 100% to check your resolution quality. Your artwork will print as sharp as it looks at 100% zoom.
If you send files as .eps .pdf or .ai, all texts should be converted to outline.
If using Photoshop, flatten your image, and save it as .jpg or .pdf. That will prevent fonts from converting to defaults.

Error: If a yellow box appears on top of the page that says "Please correct the following," it means that you didn't select one of the required options from the drop-down menu. So be sure to go thru each drop-down option and make a proper selection, such as "size, quantity, proofs..."

File Upload: Most files upload within seconds, but sometimes large files can even take up to 20 minutes to upload. It mainly depends on your internet speed and what size and format file you are uploading. For fastest uploads, flatten your layers and save as PDF or JPG, but make sure that your resolution and size stay the same and are not smaller than required. If you keep receiving an error, check that you are uploading the correct file format. The server will not accept any other file format.

If your files are not ready for printing, we recommend preparing them with a graphic designer before placing your order.

We'll check file resolution and size but won't review for spelling or punctuation errors. Proofread before uploading.

E-MAIL ME PROOF FOR REVIEW & APPROVAL: We'll review your files and send a design proof by e-mail. Check it carefully and approve it before production. You should receive the proof within a few hours on business days. Look out for it and take the time to review it thoroughly. If you need any corrections, follow the instructions in the e-mail.

NO PROOF, PRINT AS IS: This option saves time if you use our blank templates and your design is the correct size and resolution. If your files do not match our templates, we will use our best judgment and lay out your design on our blank templates "to fit," or if needed, they will be "stretched to fit." A digital proof will not be e-mailed. If there are any issues, we'll e-mail you and place your order on hold

PRINTING TIME:

After you have given your approval for the print design, your order will be sent to production. The printing time varies based on the product, quantity, and finishing options you choose, and it is not the same as the shipping time. Generally, large format printing takes around 2-3 business days for production, while stationery products take a bit longer, approximately 2-5 business days for printing, cutting, and packaging before shipping. For products with quantities over 2500 or require drilling, gluing, or have round corners, they might need an additional day to complete. Similarly, quantities over 5000 require an extra day per 5000. Printing time is an estimated time and not a guaranteed time. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. The printing time begins once you approve your order/design proof for printing.

You can upload the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG, and .PDF.
Avoid uploading Word documents or publisher files. Instead, save them as a .PDF file format.

If you try to upload an artwork file that isn't in the approved file format, a red warning message will appear on the top of your shopping cart screen. Only file formats that are accepted will be uploaded with your order.

If you receive a 404 error, your file is too large. The maximum file size for an upload is 75MB (megabytes) per file. If your files exceed this size, consider uploading them in .jpg format. Ensure that your files are the correct size and resolution. If you want to upload a file in a different format, you must flatten all layers and convert the text to outlines.

We recommend using our blank templates as a guide when creating your design to ensure your files are set up correctly. NO CROP MARKS!
