Please scan your photo in higher resolution settings at your home/office or professional scanner, and upload it here at the time of your order. Please do not take a picture with your phone or camera and try to upload that. It will only make the original photo much worse, and harder for us to work on, so we might ask you to re-scan it and re-send it. All images are subject to approval before we begin working on your project.

Please be advised that time spent doing this project is actual "labor" as it is the time that our graphic designer(s) will put into making your project happen. Because that time cannot be undone, design time is not refundable.
