IMPORTANT! Please read these instructions carefully before placing an order!

We're excited to design your new logo, but before we begin, we'd like to let you know that graphic design is a timely and well-planned process; therefore, we need you to read these instructions very carefully and gather all your information before placing an order.

If you provide additional info after we have sent off your order to our graphic design department, it is too late to change it as they have already started creating your order. Therefore, new info or images will not be accepted, and we'll continue creating your order without it.

How does a logo design process work?

Step 1. You select how many concepts (ideas) you want our designers to come up with. For example: if you choose "5 logo concepts and up to 3 revisions", we will come up with 5 logo ideas. You will receive 5 different designs in a small format, and we will ask you to pick the one that you like the best. After you choose your design, you will let us know if you would like us to make any additional modifications to that design, and we'll call that the first revision.

Step 2. We will begin by making changes on the design that you selected. Then we will email you your first revision. If you like it as is, you'll let us know, or you can request another revision.

Step 3. If you don't have any more changes, we will email you your high-resolution files, and that will complete your order. If you need a second revision, you'll email us, and we'll make new changes.

Our goal is to get your logo finished after first revision, but some orders might require 2 or 3 revisions. Usually, we don't get requests for a 3rd revision, but if we do, the 3rd revision is the final revision. We will not make a 4th revision. Please be advised that you will only get high-resolution files for the logo that you choose. You will not receive high-resolution files for all 5 logo concepts.

Signature logos are created using fonts. We cannot create a signature logo from your personal signature.

All uploaded images are subject to approval before we begin working on your project.

Please be advised that time spent doing this project is actual "labor" as it is the time that our graphic designer(s) will put into making your project happen. Because that time cannot be undone, design time is not refundable.
