We're excited to design your printed material, but before we begin, we'd like to let you know that graphic design is a timely and well-planned process; please read these instructions carefully and gather all your information before placing an order.

We have included some samples below to assist you in selecting an accurate estimated design time for your project. Sample design time frames do not include us typing long paragraphs, searching for fonts, or looking up images and purchasing them from stock image brokers. We leave that part entirely up to you. Design times are estimated assuming you provide a high-resolution logo, high-resolution images, a sketch, and detailed instructions at the time of order.

We require that you gather all your information before placing an order and upload it at the time of the order. If you provide additional images or info after we send your order to our graphic design department, it is too late to change it, as they have already started creating your order. Therefore, new info or images will not be accepted, and we'll continue creating your order without it.

You will need to provide the following before placing your order:

High-resolution logo - Only if you want us to use a logo on your design, or we can design it without a logo. If you don't have a logo but want us to create one for you, you will need to request a logo design service separately before ordering this design service.

High-resolution images - Only if you want us to use images on your design, or we can create them without pictures. If you are uploading 2 or more images, save them in a zipped folder and upload them as a .zip file.

Typed-up .pdf file with your text - If you have more than a few lines of text, for example, a brochure, etc., please type it up using a Word document, and save it as a .pdf file. Be sure to double-check your phone numbers, addresses, and spelling. We will not edit your spelling or grammar errors. We will copy/paste your "as is" text into your design.

Font names - Or we'll pick something we like and hope you do, too.

Colors - Or we'll pick the colors that we like.

All images are subject to approval before we begin working on your project. Copyrighted images and low-resolution images, and logos will not be accepted.

Please be advised that time spent doing this project is actual "labor," as it is the time our graphic designer(s) will put into making your project happen. Because that time cannot be undone, design time is not refundable.
