Our designers can re-draw your logo in scalable vector format. Please send the best/highest resolution image that you have. Keep in mind that a logo is a graphic mark, emblem, symbol, etc. It is a representation of your business. If the file that you are sending is just a photograph taken with camera of a city with cars, lights, and people on it, that is not a logo, and it cannot be vectorized. We will only vectorize logos. All images are subject to approval before we begin working on your project.

Raster Images are comprised of pixels, which enable the image to have photographic qualities. Results can be poor if raster images are enlarged beyond their pixel limitation.

Vector images are sharp and clean. A vector can be scaled to any size without a loss of quality.

Please be advised that time spent doing this project is actual "labor" as it is the time that our graphic designer(s) will put into making your project happen. Because that time cannot be undone, design time is not refundable.

You can upload the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG, and .PDF.
Avoid uploading Word documents or publisher files. Instead, save them as a .PDF file format.

If you try to upload an artwork file that isn't in the approved file format, a red warning message will appear on the top of your shopping cart screen. Only file formats that are accepted will be uploaded with your order.

If you receive a 404 error, your file is too large. The maximum file size for an upload is 75MB (megabytes) per file. If your files exceed this size, consider uploading them in .jpg format. Ensure that your files are the correct size and resolution. If you want to upload a file in a different format, you must flatten all layers and convert the text to outlines.

We recommend using our blank templates as a guide when creating your design to ensure your files are set up correctly. NO CROP MARKS!
