What is new?
Well... Everything! Here are some highlights:

- Instant online proof for JPG, JPEG, or PNG
(PDF, AI, EPS, TIF, TIFF, and PSD are not supported for instant proof)
- Improved order status and tracking

Login & Security
Our new site is powered by Shopify. For your safety, you may occasionally be asked to enter a six-digit verification code sent to your email instead of a password. This is a standard Shopify feature to protect your account.
Past Orders
Your old accounts and past orders will be accessible on the old site until April 2026. The old site will still accept new orders temporarily, but receipts will remain active until the end of April. You can still reference past orders, print receipts, and access shipping addresses. Past orders cannot be transferred to the new site, as the two systems are completely separate. You can access them through the new site by visiting the Legacy Orders link.
Reorder Past Orders
Reordering is not currently available on the new site. To place a reorder, please submit it as a new order. If you’d like us to help retrieve artwork to reorder a past job from our previous site, email us at info@cardsandbanners.com or complete the request form on our site. We’ll be happy to email you the designs we can locate from your past orders.
Check Order Status
There are two ways to check your order status:
- Use the Order Status link for a quick lookup. No login required, just enter your email and order number to view the details for that order.
- Log in to your account to see all of your orders and select the one you want more information about.
Drop Shipping
Blind drop shipping is available on the new site. Just select “Blind Drop Shipping” during checkout at the cart level.
Store Credits
Our new site allows store credit balances to be applied directly to your account. You can choose to use your credit during checkout.
Discounts
Some customers, like wholesale accounts, resellers, or loyalty program members, are accustomed to seeing automatic discounts applied to their orders. If you fall into one of these categories, we've already migrated your email to the new site and assigned the appropriate discount tier for your account. Your discount will only be visible at the final checkout step. You MUST be logged in to see or receive your discount, as discounts are linked to your email. Using a different email prevents the system from automatically assigning your discount.
If you had an automatic discount on the old site but didn't see it applied to your first order on the new site, we will manually review each new order and verify for any discrepancies. If we find issues, we will issue store credit directly to your account for the correct amount, which you can use on your next order. You don't need to take any action, we will take care of it. Additionally, we will review your account individually to ensure this issue doesn't recur.
